A place to allow you to CREATE something SPECIAL. A place where you are surrounded by like-minded individuals aiming to deliver their own CREATIVE art form
YLEAP
The ‘Young Local Emerging Artist Program’ is a community art-run program that introduces young people to the Creative industry in Melbourne. Through a series of workshops, YLEAP connects the local artist to young people as they learn and develop new skills in different art forms.
Our aim is to provide young people from disadvantaged communities the opportunity to learn and develop core skills through the use of art. These skills; Written, Oral, and Presentational sit at the foundation of our programs and through art allow young people to foster new educational and career pathways that would help their journey.
